• 2010.02.28 - New semester is going to start soon, and my new schedule has been updated. Please refer to About-My Schedule for my schedule. You can contact me while I'm free.
• 2010.02.25 - The AGIC project is going to be finished very soon.
• 2010.02.25 - The note of Machine Learning from Stanford has been finished. Please refer to our OpenStudy project.
• 2010.02.20 - A good time of Spring Festival in China will be passed. Research works have been done a lot, and the AGIC project is near to its end.
• 2010.01.25 - Thanks to dear Q, I've got a new beautifully looking logo for the website!
• 2010.01.23 - I'm starting to study the Machine Learning Course in Stanford University, and the notes of it will be published in our Open Study Project.

• 2009.12.18 - The notes of Formal Language and Automata has been finished too!
• 2009.12.06 - I've finished the notes of UC Berkeley's course Operating Systems and System Programming. Please refer to the OpenStudy project for more information.
• 2009.11.22 - I'm very glad to tell you that the AGIC project is rated to be the second-class project of the Shool of Computer Science and Technology at Tianjin University.
• 2009.10.26 - I'm gonna hold several introductory sminars on Matlab and my current research project in CGAG in November. Welcome to join the seminar!
• 2009.10.02 - The FTP Service is back online! The space is expanded to 100GB, and connection 15. Besides CGAG server and linux distribitions and softwares, the new contents added are books and videos about computer science, fron MIT, UC Berkeley, Stanford, as well as Tianjin University. We'll keep updating.
  
• 2009.09.29 - According to my plan I quited the course of Cryptography. So I'm sorry to inform that the Open Study Notes of this course will no longer be updated.
• 2009.09.07 - Classes have started, my schedule is updated, and also, the operating systems course will be updated more slower (probably one lecture a week) because of the course in school.
• 2009.08.28 - These days I've been studying the Operating Systems course from the University of California, Berkeley, which is quite a good course with beneficial knowledges about operating systems related theories and applications. I've published my study notes. Please refer to the Open Study project.
  

 

What Do I Do?

CNWPC Technologies is a personal website established by me (You can call me Shawn Chang) at Tianjin University aimed at publish my lately works and doings.

As a member of the Computer Graphics and Animation Group @ Tianjin University, I myself now have got some researches on Image Processing, and most of them are based on the platform of Mathworks Matlab and/or GNU Octave (The later is a free software functioning just like Matlab). Recently I've started to learn OpenGL, aimed at changing my research direction into 3D effects and also trying to perform image processing tasks via it. If you're interested in these stuff, please don't hesitate to make friends with me. See the About page for my contact information.
